Our Dream...

As Northeast Florida's leading hippotherapy program, Hope Therapy's vision is to be a forerunner statewide in program quality and diversity, professional development and innovation.

Marianne and Rebecca Davenport, mother and daughter team, have owned and operated Hope Therapy since 2001. Marianne is a pediatric nurse practitioner with a Masters in Public Health and Rebecca is a nationally registered and state Certified Occupational Therapist. They combine their love for horses and their medical expertise in a unique form of therapy called hippotherapy. They have been making a difference in the lives of Clay County individuals since 2001 with the help of highly trained horses and caring volunteers.

Hope Therapy is continually serving the community. Below are some historical achievements that highlight what make Hope Therapy a premier center and unique in its field:

•  The only NARHA Premier Accredited Center in Northeast Florida; one of only 24% of therapeutic riding programs nationally to achieve this status.

•  Committed to high quality services and excellence in programming.

•  Developed one of the most reputable hippotherapy programs in Northeast Florida providing occupational therapy services using the horse as a treatment tool.

How you can help!

Hope Therapy is a nonprofit organization which operates exclusively on individual and corporate donations, grants, fundraising events and rider fees.
In order to keep fees affordable for our riders and their families. We do have limited scholarship help available for those who need assistance.
